Our Team

Meet our dedicated and passionate instructors

I am a certified UKCC Level 2 Rhythmic Gymnastics Coach with a valid Level 3 Safeguarding and Protecting Children certificate, a Level 2 Paediatric First Aid certification, and DBS clearance. My academic background includes a degree in Social Sciences, which fueled my passion for working with people and supporting their development.

As the Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) for Gymlab, I have successfully completed the Designated and Senior Safeguarding Lead course for Sports Organisations. Additionally, my commitment to teaching and nurturing children led me to achieve a Level 2 qualification in Common Core Skills and Knowledge.

Teaching gymnastics is my true calling, and I find immense joy in working with both children and adults. Inspired by the Montessori method, I focus on a child-centered approach that fosters confidence and independence. My dedication to this approach led me to complete the 0-3 AMI Assistants Course, further enriching my ability to guide and support young learners.

My journey in rhythmic gymnastics began at the age of four, sparking a lifelong passion for the sport. Over the years, I competed in numerous national and international competitions, proudly representing Italy at the 2005 European Championship in Moscow.

Through Gymlab, I am thrilled to share my love for gymnastics, helping individuals unlock their potential while experiencing the joy of movement, growth, and self-expression. Together, let’s run, jump, and flip toward a brighter, healthier future!

My experience includes working with children aged 5 to 10 as a P.E. teacher in an Italian primary school.
Besides my fitness qualifications, I also hold a law degree and am a practising lawyer.
However, my lifelong passion for sports keeps me constantly on the move and engaged in physical activities!

I am a UKCC level 1 qualified general gymnastics coach and also hold a level 1 in judging too!

I have all relevant safeguarding qualifications with British gymnastics and DBS checked.

I trained as a gymnast where I then found an immediate passion for the sport and started coaching and judging at competitions. I was highly involved in everything gymnastics and was at the gym 6 days a week!

Over the years, I have watched so many children grow over time in so many different ways. It’s been really rewarding to make an impact and be part of their journey in this sport.

I am currently pursuing my studies while bringing my passion for gymnastics and cheerleading into coaching. I am DBS checked with six years of gymnastics experience and three years as a competitive cheerleader, and I love sharing my knowledge with young gymnasts.
Watching children develop confidence, skills, and a love for the sport I hold so close to my heart is the most rewarding part of my role as an assistant coach.

I’m a qualified Dance teacher and I have been training and coaching for Gymlab since 2022.

I started my dance training at Dance Studio in Cesena, Italy.

I moved to the UK to attend the Centre Performing Arts College, where I graduated in 2016 with a Diploma in Theatre Performance. During my training, I gained my DDI teaching qualifications in Ballet and Modern. Since then I worked as a freelance dance artist in the UK in several productions: Chrysalis London’s Lilith, Savage and Candy; Hinged Dance Company’s Flowers in December, Snow Patrol’s music video for ‘Don’t Give In’, Becky Namgauds’ Rodadoras (R&D and tour).

In 2023, I graduated from Goldsmiths University with a First Honours Degree in Art Management.

Alongside teaching, I work as an independent producer within the performing arts.

My teaching experience includes Liz Dentong School of Dance, Arte & Movimento (IT), Kinema Danza, The Centre PAC, as well as Sportilia Summer Intensive.

I'm also on a mission to teach gymnastics to little ones, because who said tiny tumbles couldn’t lead to big leaps?
